Our Culture
In short: We’re kind, smart people who also happen to be a little type A.
In this role, you’ll work with a tight-knit and friendly group of colleagues while managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, yet supportive environment. Our work is high-level and complex, and our clients demand the best, which we are driven to deliver.
Our team is growth-minded: We stay up to date on best practices, read the latest marketing resources and debate the best strategies, tools and techniques.
We’re collaborative and enjoy celebrating each others’ successes. We strictly adhere to the no-assholes rule and make time to get together once a year in person, in addition to enjoying book club Zoom gatherings and other ways to connect virtually throughout the year.
Benefits and Environment
As a “virtual” agency, all Rep Ink team members work from home offices spread across the United States and Canada, serving clients across the U.S. We were remote before COVID-19, and we’ll never ask you to return to an office. Working remotely is part of our culture, and we value the work-life balance this structure provides.
In addition to our work-from-home lifestyle, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
- Two weeks of paid vacation in the first year, three weeks in years two through four, and four weeks after year five
- 11 days of recognized public holidays
- Bonus week off between Christmas and New Year’s (the entire company is off)
- Health, dental, disability and life insurance
- 401(k) company match (beginning after one year of employment)
Due to the high degree of emphasis we place on strong writing skills, we ask candidates who we believe are a strong fit to complete two to three paid freelance writing assignments as part of the interview process.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of applications we receive, we cannot respond to everyone.
